When it comes to bundling and packaging high-quality printed cardboard stacks, thin straps with protective cardboard and labor-intensive packing into boxes are a thing of the past.

The fully automatic system US-2000 TRS-SW-L3-P-900 from ATS automatically takes corrugated cardboard from a stacking system, yet also features a manual feed option. This labor-saving machine can be seamlessly integrated into existing systems. The corrugated cardboard stacks are aligned on all sides, compressed and banded once or twice. A servo band motor makes it possible to individually adjust the band tension for different products to ensure the banded goods are not damaged during the packaging process. The maximum tact frequency is 22 stacks per minute.
